How do I
place an order?
It's easy. Select one of our artisan handmade soaps or one of our scented soy candles, select the fragrance, then select the quantity, and click add to cart. Once you are done shopping just check out to add your shipping information and process your payment. Then we'll get busy packing your order and ship it within 1-3 business days.
Please be aware that all of our items are handmade in small quantities. Soap takes up to 6 weeks to cure so if an option should sell out it will take that long for it to come back in stock. If you wish to reserve a bar, you may purchase it now and then it will ship once ready.
Our candles and melts are made and cured for a minimum of two weeks. This allows the wax and fragrance to bind together for the best performance.
& Shipping Times
We are NOT shipping outside the United States at this time.
Once your order is received we will pack and ship all in stock items within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise noted). Made to order or out of stock items still curing will ship when ready. You will be notified if any of your items fall under this situation.
We prefer shipping USPS Priority Mail to insure you receive your package as quickly as possible and that it is insured to value. You should receive your package within 5-7 business days.
In the event we are able to ship for a lower cost than what you were charged for the same level of shipping, we will refund any over-charge that exceeds $2.00.
& Payment Options
Our payments are processed by Paypal which accepts credit cards, debit cards, EFT, and PayPal Credit. Payments are processed securely. They use the latest anti-fraud technology to help make sure your transactions are safer and you’re 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.
We enjoy sending out product samples with your orders. Everyone loves getting extra goodies and we love giving them. This may include mini soaps, single wax melts, or other mini samples. We will always include an ingredient list to be sure you can review for any allergies before using.
If there is something you'd like to try just make a note on your order and we'll try to add it. We do not offer samples of all of our products.
We do not offer them for sale. They are gifts from us to you. We don't send them out for reviews either.
Out of Stock Items
While we strive to keep all of our products in stock, they do run out occasionally. If an item goes out of stock while your order is in the fulfillment center, we’ll back order it and ship everything else. We’ll email you to let you know. If you want the back order item removed or if you want to swap it for something else, email firstname.lastname@example.org
Using eGift Cards
To redeem the eGift card add your items to your cart and click checkout. In the payment section, check the "Redeem a gift card" option and enter your unique gift card code. If the price of the sale is worth more than the value of the card, you can pay for the remaining cost using your regular payment methods.
