Originally established in 2015 as Wild Bramble Handcrafted, we shared our handmade bath, body, and home fragrance products with our family, friends, and you.

In 2020, we re-branded our business under Lather and Wicks,

a name that reflects more of what we have to offer: Artisan soaps and Candles.

We hope to pamper your body and soul,  invoking happy thoughts and special memories with our chosen ingredients, scents, and colors used in our products.

How it began...

My name is Katrina.  I began making soap in 2012 as Christmas gifts for family and friends.  After several years finessing my recipes I took the plunge and began selling my soaps at Christmas bazaars and to friends looking for gifts to give their own families.  In 2016 we added Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats to the farm so my soaps could have the added benefits of farm fresh goat milk.  It made the bars absolutely wonderful-creamier with lots of bubbles!

The progression...

It was a natural progression to add bath fizzies and salt soaks.  I am a bath junky at heart.  My grand kids were clambering to do product testing,  so it wasn't surprising that the bath fizzies and bubble scoops quickly became a hit.   Just a short time later coco-soy candles and soy wax melts were added to extend our offerings to include home fragrance.  We love how a scent can bring back the most wonderful memories!

Thank you!
